                 Terms of Use -  Lavender 2017

 

  • Photos will be edited and available for viewing within three weeks from the shoot date. 

  • I aim to produce a gallery of at least 15-20 professionally edited images however usually more images are available. Images purchased are high resolution images.

  • Shoot is suitable for babies sitting upright and unaided, toddlers, preschoolers, older children and parents.  Max of 4 people per booking. Extra people £10 each.  Babies from different families must have their own shoot as I will be unable to produce the set amount of images for each family in the said time frame. 

  • Late Attendance Policy :  Please be on time for your appointment - Should clients be more than 5 minutes late, Mini-Me Photography will be unable to "make up the time" as other clients will be booked in straight afterwards.   Should you miss your appointment entirely, there won't be another date and the booking fee is non-refundable.  Please arrive at the location 10 mins prior to the start time.

  • Bookings are on a first come first served basis.

  • I can not guarantee the weather or co-operation from the child.  Should it be adverse weather you must be flexible around the few days after.

  • You must be available on the shoot date of Monday 24th July 2017 and also be flexible around a week prior or a week after in the case of the lavender being harvested early. 

  • Whilst on the shoot you are not permitted to take your own photographs, either on a phone, a camera or other device.

  • Within 48 hours of booking you will receive a booking confirmation via email, further information will be sent in due course – including handy tips of what to wear/expect. A week prior to the shoot another email will be sent with full adjoining instructions.

  • Location is Lordington Lavender by Chichester
