WHO ARE WE:

 

Mini-Me Photography is responsible for collecting personal data.

 

WHAT INFORMATION IS BEING COLLECTED?

 

Prior, during and after your booking we may collect relevant information to enable personalisation of your session whilst enabling to us to carry out services such as delivery of products. This includes (but is not limited to):

 

  1. Personal info such as names, telephone numbers, address, email address, date of birth, gender, from you and any from any other participants in the photography session. We may also make paper notes about any pertaining health conditions, personality traits, prop choices, colour schemes etc. that may be relevant to the photography sessions

 

  1. Payment Information: Mini-Me Photography payments are handled by third parties through the website provider Wix, PayPal and Sum up Payment Processing. Credit/debit card details are securely encrypted on a password protected PC and are never stored digitally or written down.

 

  1. Contracts are signed at every photography session which includes in which way the photographs may be used with your consent. You can request a paper copy at any time. All contracts are stored indefinitely.

 

  1. Photographs that identify you that are taken during the session may be produced as hard copies or digitally. You are responsible for ensuring any participants in a photography session is aware of the contract and refer them to this privacy policy.

     

 

DISCLOSURE OF THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE:

 

Mini-Me Photography does not share your personal data with any third party other for payment services (see above).

 

Mini Me Photography will not send you any marketing email without your consent. Special offers are advertised on Mini Me Photography's Facebook page.

 

HOW DATA IS USED:

 

We use your personal data in the following ways:

 

  1. To provide you with our services and make delivery of the products you have ordered which is necessary to carry out the contract between us.

  2. For legitimate business reasons such as enquiries, complaints or to comply with legal obligations.

  3. Photographs may be used with your consent to promote or advertise our business including printed matter for the studio, promotional materials, on this website or on social media forums.

 

HOW LONG IS DATA KEPT:

 

For as reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy after which time paper notes will be destroyed and digital images archived on a secure password protected drive.

 

YOUR DATA PROTECTIONS RIGHTS:

 

If you wish to exercise your rights to view your personal data, should the personal date we hold be incorrect, or should you wish for it to be deleted please contact us by via email. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

 

If you have concern about our privacy practices you may firstly contact Mini Me Photography and if it is not resolved within 28 days you may report it to the UK data protection authority (ICO) who will investigate the matter further.
